Air-Dried Parsley and Dill

Air-Dried Parsley and Dill are two of our featured culinary herbs that we take pride in offering at Golden State Herbs. We start with the best varieties of seed and work with local growers to produce the highest quality crop. We harvest the crop, bring it to our processing facility where our team loads our air-drying chambers. Through slow air-drying process, the crop maintains excellent aroma and color. Once dehydrated it is de-stemmed and sized to spec.

Our air-dried parsley and dill is excellent for multiple applications including in sauces, blends, cheeses, pet-food. We offer variety of cut sizes from large to ground powders.
