Air-Dried Sweet Basil

Basil has a subtle sweeter note. Our air-dried sweet basil is premium quality. We start with the best variety of seed and work with local growers to produce the highest quality crop. We harvest the crop, bring it to our processing facility where our team loads our air-drying chambers. Through slow air-drying process, the crop maintains excellent aroma and color. Once dehydrated it is de-stemmed and sized to spec.

Our air-dried basil is excellent for multiple stand-alone applications as well as a great addition as an ingredient to a blend.
