Drunen Farms announces merger with Golden State Herbs of California
Indio,
CA - (date)-- Golden State Herbs is a domestic grower and processor
of premium
quality air dried culinary herbs located in Thermal, California.
Van Drunen Farms has been a primary producer of I.Q.F. and freeze-dried
culinary herbs for more than a decade and this addition will
strengthen our position in being able to supply a complete line
of herb ingredients to the food industry.
The
merger of our two companies brings together the best of both
California and Midwest herb growing and processing and will
allow us to offer premium quality organic and non-organic domestically
grown air dried herbs to the food industry. The growing conditions
and quality in Indio are unmatched for the cultivation of Dill,
Basil, Parsley,
Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, and many other culinary
herbs.
Sales
will be handled both by Jack Vince of Golden State Herbs as
well as through the Van Drunen Farms sales department.
